Je to probl\u00e9m tady a te\u010f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u010d\u00edsla mluv\u00ed jasn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U\u017e v roce <strong>2016<\/strong> m\u011blo <strong>41 milion\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed do 5 let nadv\u00e1hu nebo obezitu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V roce <strong>2024<\/strong> m\u011blo <strong>35 milion\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed <\/strong>do 5 let nadv\u00e1hu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V roce <strong>2022<\/strong> m\u011blo <strong>nadv\u00e1hu v\u00edce ne\u017e 390 milion\u016f<\/strong> d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch (5\u201319 let), z toho <strong>160 milion\u016f \u017eilo s obezitou<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u017e 1 z 3 jeden\u00e1ctilet\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 dnes nadv\u00e1hu nebo obezitu.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdskyt nadv\u00e1hy a obezity u d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch vzrostl <strong>z 8 % (1990) na 20 % (2022)<\/strong> \u2013 a to stejn\u011b <strong>u chlapc\u016f (21 %) i d\u00edvek (19 %).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ne, net\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jen bohat\u00fdch zem\u00ed. Obezita dnes dramaticky roste i v rozvojov\u00fdch oblastech, kde je\u0161t\u011b doned\u00e1vna t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neexistovala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pro\u010d se to d\u011bje?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S rychl\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami v ekonomice a \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu se m\u011bn\u00ed i zp\u016fsob, jak j\u00edme a jak se h\u00fdbeme. <strong>Fast foody, sladkosti, tu\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla jsou dnes mnohem dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e zdrav\u00e9 potraviny.<\/strong> Pohyb ustupuje obrazovk\u00e1m a zrychlen\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu tempu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fff1e6\"><strong>Nap\u0159\u00edklad v Africe vzrostl po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou do 5 let za posledn\u00edch 20 let o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A to nejhor\u0161\u00ed?<br><strong>Mnoho d\u011bt\u00ed dnes trp\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b nadv\u00e1hou i podv\u00fd\u017eivou.<\/strong> Maj\u00ed sice <strong>dost (nebo a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161) kalori\u00ed, ale m\u00e1lo v\u00fd\u017eivy <\/strong>\u2013 tedy nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jejich t\u011bla rostou, ale nedost\u00e1vaj\u00ed to, co opravdu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co zp\u016fsobuje nadv\u00e1hu a obezitu u d\u011bt\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je<strong> energetick\u00e1 nerovnov\u00e1ha <\/strong>\u2013 d\u011bti p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed v\u00edc kalori\u00ed, ne\u017e dok\u00e1\u017eou sp\u00e1lit pohybem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 to zn\u00ed jako banalita, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b tady za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m. <strong>Po\u0159\u00e1d toti\u017e p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00fdtus, \u017ee z toho d\u00edt\u011b \u201evyroste\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale pravda je jin\u00e1: <strong>d\u011bti s obezitou \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ob\u00e9zn\u00ed i v dosp\u011blosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Existuje mnoho statistik, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"background-color:#fff1e6\" class=\"wp-block-list has-background\">\n<li>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>55 %<\/strong> ob\u00e9zn\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ob\u00e9zn\u00edmi i v adolescenci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>80 %<\/strong> ob\u00e9zn\u00edch adolescent\u016f z\u016fstane ob\u00e9zn\u00edmi i v dosp\u011blosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>70 %<\/strong> ob\u00e9zn\u00edch adolescent\u016f bude ob\u00e9zn\u00edch i po 30. roce \u017eivota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A co je na tom nejhor\u0161\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obezita p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje zdrav\u00ed i psychiku d\u00edt\u011bte.
